Investment in a new CNC single-spindle drilling and sawing machine FICEP 1001 DFB has taken place at our production site in Hungary.
The machine is being integrated into a material conveyance concept with roller belts for automatic material supply to the sand blasters, as well as automatic take-off after drilling and sawing.
Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a milling unit for the processing of elongated holes, and with a marking unit (scribing) for part marking and for precise positioning information for weld-on parts (flaps, head plates, etc).
Commissioning is planned for April 2013.
