Compliance (in-house adherence to legal and business standards) was already a matter of course in our company. However, due to the numerous legal standards and requirements, it has become increasingly important from outside the company. Therefore, the management team has decided to introduce a compliance system.
Building on our existing guidelines and instructions, a code of conduct has been developed and our employees will attend a series of courses provided by an expert to receive training on this.
We will continue to report on the current status and progress of this project.
