We have now also completed the second training series. Our employees were trained by a proven team of instructors in the area of labour law (employment hours, employment contracts, collective agreements, equal treatment, discrimination, employee protection, employer and employee rights and obligations, protection of company secrets, etc.), and the topics discussed last year were covered once more for refreshing.

Our employees were trained by a proven team of instructors in the area of labour law (employment hours, employment contracts, collective agreements, equal treatment, discrimination, employee protection, employer and employee rights and obligations, protection of company secrets, etc.), and the topics discussed last year were covered once more for refreshing.

The employees were able to report about their initial experiences from the past months, which caused lively discussion at times and therefore resulted in plenty of interesting hours for all participants, which were complemented by several examples from the daily routines of the instructors.

The instructors made it very clear once again how important it is to adhere to the guidelines of the Binder code of conduct and how much added value this contributes to the company in the long run. More precisely, all employees benefit from adhering to the "rules of the game" and not just the management.
