Thin sheet metal production in operation for 2 years

Exactly two years ago, we developed our thin sheet metal production into one of the most modern in Europe by commissioning a fully-automatic punching and bending centre including a connected high-bay warehouse and additional machines.

In this relatively short time, the thin sheet metal production at Bender has been able to establish itself as an additional pillar and as a complement to steel production and plant construction at the company.

We are proud that we have been able to acquire companies in the area of multi-deck cabinets and store construction as main customers in addition to our proprietary production for the pharmaceuticals industry and hospital construction thanks to guaranteed, consistent top quality and reliable delivery.

Currently, we process approx. 1,000 tonnes of sheet metal for approx. 170,000 suppler parts annually.

In order to continue to meet the demands of our customers, additional investments in a plate shear, and additional mechanical press brake, and a fully-automatic integrated punching laser machine at the high-bay warehouse are also planned.
