Zinc pots for strip galvanising system

We produced and supplied 2 zinc pots for a strip galvanising system in Györ, Hungary, for our customer IAS GmbH, a company of the SMS Group.

The peculiarity of this project lay in the size and the weight of these delivery parts, which were welded in our factory as complete welded components with sheet metal and rolled sections with a unit weight of over 55 tons.

We were also commissioned with organising the transportation, which was a further challenge.
The customer-oriented and high quality working methods of BINDER Kft in Hungary enabled us to reduce the realisation and delivery time frame, and meet with the customer's wishes 2 months earlier than planned.
